It’s time to fight back! This website is a searchable database of bad customers. By weeding out bad clients we can bring to light the extortion tactics of certain Homeowners. The purpose is to identify the Homeowners (since the review era) that have been taking advantage of contractors and service companies threatening a bad review if we don’t give in to their unreasonable requests. This is a private site with a searchable database and forum for us to tell our side and warn other businesses before we end up involved or under contract with a bad client.

By all of us telling our individual stories and identifying the homeowners that repeatedly take advantage of us we will help each other. We can now search out a name or an address and if it is clear that a particular homeowner is taking advantage of contractors repeatedly then we can simply raise our prices on the bid to make it worth it or if we so choose avoid that client all together.

To all homeowners…This site is for us and if you’re not careful and are of bad character…we will blacklist you! Once blacklisted good luck trying to find someone to work for you.
